الملخص
To tell the time means to say what the time is, perhaps after somebody asks the time. Numbers may tell you the exact time. However, many people will talk about the general time of day instead of being specific. We usually say the minutes first and then the hours. However, we also say the hours first and then the minutes (less formal). A.M refers to the morning and P.M. refers to the evening.
